On an adventure like this , you definitely want to bring the right equipment but, it still won't happen if you don't have the right paperwork.
Of course, I will need my passport. I will also need to bring my visa for Turkey, flight and hotel confirmations, tour invoice, medical forms and proof of insurance. Plus, I'll need to call my bank and credit cards to inform them of my travels.
